I love seeing all the Throwback Thursday pictures of friends, but inspiration struck as my husband was cleaning out our pantry today. We need a #TBT Food Edition! It’s not easy to find photos of foods from back in the day, unless it’s my family gathered around the table for a holiday meal. What I will share is pictures of my favorite thermos from, hmmm, probably late elementary school. And please excuse the third photo, because I do not have skills in editing and yes, it looks gigantic compared to the first two thermos photos. I’ve added photography to the long list of things I need to learn.

I recall bringing cold Kool-Aid to school in this thermos. We didn’t have juiceboxes or other shelf-stable drink boxes back then. I know I used it for soups, and probably chicken & dumplings, and chili. My matching lunchbox was not handy for a photo opp, but I did find one on Pinterest, if you want to look at it.
